Service Description
This 90-minute in-home consultation allows us to evaluate your project where the design decisions actually matter — in your home. We’ll discuss your goals, priorities, style, budget considerations, and the challenges you’re trying to solve while reviewing the space together. Depending on your project, we may explore space planning, furniture placement, color and finish selections, lighting, materials, renovation considerations, functionality, aging-in-place needs, or preparing a home for sale. With a Master’s degree in Interior Design, experience as a Class A Contractor and Realtor, and more than two decades of hands-on renovation experience, I bring a comprehensive perspective to your project. We’ll consider not only how your space looks, but how it functions, what may be practical from a construction standpoint, and—when relevant—how improvements may affect your home’s marketability and potential return on investment. This consultation is ideal for clients who need professional direction on a defined room, renovation project, pre-sale improvements, or a group of design decisions and want actionable guidance before moving forward. Please note: This service includes consultation and recommendations provided during our 90-minute appointment. Detailed drawings, renderings, extensive sourcing, written specifications, project management, contractor estimates, or additional design work are not included unless separately contracted.
Cancellation Policy
In-home consultation pricing includes travel within our standard service area. Appointments outside the standard service area may require an additional travel fee based on distance and travel time. If a travel fee applies to your location, TTC Enterprises will contact you to confirm the additional charge before the appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling We understand that schedules can change. Clients may cancel or reschedule an appointment online up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to forfeiture of the consultation fee. Please contact TTC Enterprises as soon as possible if an unexpected circumstance affects your appointment. For in-home consultations, if illness or another health-related concern makes an in-person visit inappropriate, please contact us before the appointment. When practical and appropriate for the service, we may be able to complete or modify the consultation virtually rather than canceling the appointment.
