I am excited to share what I have learned over the years on my health and wellness journey!  Let me preface this with, this is not a sales pitch.  I am truly sharing this because my last few years in the military became unbearable.  I had a Military Sexual Trauma (MST) incident that just went left, the stress from the whole situation left me with health issues that just got out of control.
